Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all domestic orders via USPS and UPS. Two options are available at checkout:

Standard Shipping - $8.00, 3-5 business days (FREE on orders of $300 or more)
Express Shipping - $15.00, 1-2 business days

International Shipping

AGLR LLC ships worldwide. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS International, with rates calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 5-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

High-Value Order Protection

Because AGLR LLC specializes in authenticated luxury goods (Chrome Hearts and other designer pieces), orders over $500 require a signature on delivery and are fully insured. This protects both you and the buyer in the rare event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Orders under this threshold are insured as well, though a signature may not be required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@aglrllc.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
