AGLR LLC operates as a luxury resale boutique. Due to the nature of pre-owned goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

Every item we sell is personally inspected, authenticated, and accurately described before listing. Condition, sizing, and any notable details are disclosed upfront so you can purchase with full confidence.

Item Not as Described

If you believe your item significantly differs from its listing description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@aglrllc.com. We review all claims on a case-by-case basis. Photos of the item will be required.

Damaged in Transit

All orders are shipped with insurance. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately with photos and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
