Are your items authentic? Yes — every single item sold through AGLR LLC is personally inspected and authenticated in-house by our experts before it's ever listed. We check stitching, hardware, tags, and provenance. If it's on our site, it's real.
What brands do you carry? We specialize in authenticated luxury and streetwear, including Chrome Hearts, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Hermès, Balenciaga, Off-White, Supreme, and other top-tier designer brands.
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, so email admin@aglrllc.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help before it ships, but can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Domestic Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days ($8, free on orders of $300+); Domestic Express takes 1-2 business days ($15). International orders typically take 5-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, worldwide, via DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS International. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Will my order be insured? Yes, every order is insured. Orders over $500 also require a signature on delivery for added protection, since we specialize in high-value authenticated luxury goods.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is lost, damaged, or delayed? Contact admin@aglrllc.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item? All sales are final. As a luxury resale boutique, we don't accept returns or exchanges on pre-owned goods.
Why doesn't AGLR accept returns? Every item is personally inspected, authenticated, and accurately described before listing — including condition, sizing, and any notable details — so you can buy with full confidence.
What if my item isn't as described? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@aglrllc.com with photos. We review every claim on a case-by-case basis.
What if my item arrives damaged? All orders ship insured. If your item is damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Consignment
How do I consign with AGLR? Visit our Consign page and fill out the submission form with your item details and photos.
How much commission do I earn? Up to 80% commission — one of the highest payouts in luxury resale.
How fast do I get paid? Within 48 hours of your item selling.
What brands and condition do you accept? Authenticated luxury and streetwear in good condition — Chrome Hearts, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Hermès, Balenciaga, Off-White, Supreme, and other top-tier brands. We reserve the right to decline items that don't meet our standards.
How long until I hear back about my submission? We review submissions and respond within 24-48 hours.
